Returns and Exchanges

All Sale items are final sale. 

All leggings are final sale (for hygienic purposes). 

Full refunds and store credits will only be granted on defective merchandise.

Returns must meet following criteria:

• unwashed/unworn in original condition (if items smell of smoke, have stains, have animal hair, or any obvious damage, they will be not be accepted)
• buyer is responsible for return shipping costs 
• if you wish to return an item, Mod Apparel FSJ must be notified within 3 days of purchase and returned within 2 weeks

Exchanges may be possible, but because of constantly changing stock, exact item may not be available, in which case store credit will be given.
